Top star Gabrielle Union is somewhat unhappy about her decision to fall on a surrogate for a child. Though the procedure led to a positive outcome, she believes the story could have been told differently.
The actress and her partner, Dwyane Wade, welcomed their daughter Kaavia about six years ago. However, in a recent interview with Marie Claire, she expressed some disappointment about not being able to produce her own offspring.

“But for me, it felt like failure. My body failed…It just felt like such public humiliation. Surrogacy felt like a cuckold; watching somebody do something that I can’t do,” she was quoted.
Gabrielle thanked her surrogate but still had some reservations, stressing that: “I’ll never have peace with it, ever.”

In October last year, the actress made a public appearance, and her stunning look at age 52 made some people speculate that she might have turned to cosmetic procedures to enhance her beauty.
Photos of the award-winning performer appeared online when she attended George and Amal Clooney’s third annual event dubbed The Albies, together with her husband, Dwyane Wade, on Thursday, September 26, in New York City.

“This is one of the rare times the phrase ‘such and such is a vision’ is accurate. She looks absolutely stunning, head to toe…That dress is cut beautifully and the color is gorgeous (especially on her),” a fan wrote as a compliment. “She looks lovely and well-moisturised,” another added.
Certainly, not everyone agreed with her high rating. Some felt there must be a sort of body enhancement. However, some observers jumped to her defense.

On September 22, 2024, she posted Instagram photos from her summer vacations, with one of the pictures capturing her in a kind of shower as water drenched her hair. There again, people talked about why she chose to do that publicly, though she did not expose too many intimate body parts.
