Kanye West’s planned release of his new album, WW3, has not gone as expected, but the rapper has caused a stir by sharing the album’s cover art.

The image, which shows two people wearing Ku Klux Klan outfits, has received backlash online for its disturbing and controversial nature.

The album was reportedly set to drop on Thursday, April 3, but there is no sign of it on streaming platforms.

Fans had anticipated the release after online personality DJ Akademiks suggested the date. West has not given a clear update on when the album will be available.

He, however, posted the cover art on social media and followed it up with a handwritten tracklist. The list includes song titles such as

Heil Hitler,  Free Diddy, Cosby, and Hitler Ye and Jesus. Many of the titles have been criticised for being offensive and insensitive.

The only guest on the album is Dave Blunts, an upcoming rapper.

West recently leaked parts of another album called Bully, releasing it as a long-form video. That project featured his son Saint and also contained controversial material.

WW3 was announced earlier last week without any clear release plan. With no streaming release and no official date, it remains unclear when or how the album will arrive.

The controversial nature of the album has added to concerns about Kanye West’s online behavior and personal life. Rumors about his marriage and erratic social media activity have constantly kept him in the news.
