This woman, identified as Victim-2 in court documents, was allegedly transported with sex workers for prostitution, according to the indictment.
Diddy’s trial, which is set to start on May 12, 2025, was delayed a week to allow time for jury selection and evidence disputes.

Prosecutors plan to call four accusers to testify, including Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie, believed to be Victim-1. Reports say Cassie will testify under her real name, against the mogul.
The charges stem from a wave of lawsuits that began when Cassie sued Diddy in November 2023 for sexual assault and sex trafficking.

That case was settled the next day for an undisclosed amount, but her allegations led to the current racketeering and trafficking counts against the music icon.
Diddy now faces five charges total, including racketeering conspiracy and multiple trafficking offenses. His legal team had denied these allegations, saying they come from ex-girlfriends in consensual relationships, not coercion.
The lead-up to the trial has been very dramatic, with Diddy trying to exclude a 2016 hotel security video showing him attacking Cassie from the case, claiming it was edited.

However, prosecutors confirmed they had the original footage. He also requested full access to explicit videos Cassie provided as evidence, but the court denied it, citing concerns he might use them to embarrass her.
