Drake has constantly been in the news lately, but this time, it’s for all the right reasons, as his Anita Max Win Tour in Australia continues to generate headlines even after the Kendrick Lamar Halftime Show performance.

During Drake’s first Melbourne show at Rod Laver Arena on February 9th, something exceptional happened.

Just midway through his performance at Rod Laver Arena, the Canadian rapper decided to surprise two of his fans with a combined total of $50,000 in cash.

This thoughtful gesture happened when Drake spotted two signs in the crowd; the first one said:

“Adonis for President,” which is about his seven-year-old son.

He paused and said, “You’re showing a lot of love to my son.” “On behalf of me and Adonis … we’re going to give you 25 grand for your family.

The second sign also read, “Kiss me, it’s my birthday.”

Drake then replies, “I can’t really see you from here… It’s a tough read on the kiss, but what I am gonna do is I’m gonna give you 20 grand, and I’m gonna pay for a birthday dinner for you and all your friends.

Drizzy later told these two lucky fans that

“And if you want, you can come back to the show again. Both of y’all, if y’all want, we’ll get you tickets.”

And added that: “Australia, I love y’all. Melbourne, this is real love.”

This heartwarming moment was caught on camera and has since been circulated on social media.

This isn’t the first time the Canadian rapper has given fans so much cash at his shows. Similar instances have happened earlier in the tour.

At his Perth show, Drake handed out another $40,000 to two of his fans in the crowd.

“Put the light on this family right here… For both of y’all, I’m gonna give you $20,000 each to go wherever you want in the world because that’s what we do out here in Perth,” the God’s Plan crooner noted.
