Christian King Combs, the son of music mogul Diddy, has been officially served with a lawsuit accusing him of sexual assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The lawsuit was filed by Grace O’Marcaigh, who claims the incident took place during a yacht party in 2022, which she describes as a chaotic and “hedonistic” environment. The suit, filed earlier this year in April, also alleges that the assault led to severe emotional and personal repercussions for O’Marcaigh.

The woman, who had worked as a stewardess in the yachting industry since 2018, says she had hoped for a long-term career in the field before the alleged encounter with Combs derailed her plans.

According to the suit, she was working aboard a yacht chartered by Diddy and his son, where the atmosphere shifted from what was presented as a family-oriented gathering to a chaotic scene involving illicit activities, including drug use and sex work. O’Marcaigh claims that the shift in the environment led to an increased workload and exposure to unlawful behavior.

The legal documents outline a disturbing interaction between Combs and O’Marcaigh, who alleges that the musician became inappropriate toward her during a shift.

The lawsuit claims that Combs pressured her into drinking and then violently grabbed her arm, pulling her to a seat and preventing her from leaving. She also alleges that he showed her his erection and cornered her in a room, though she was able to escape when another person entered the space.

In the aftermath of the alleged assault, O’Marcaigh reports significant personal losses, including the end of her long-term relationship and the deterioration of her mental health.

She claims she became depressed, required therapy, and struggled to fulfill personal duties, such as being a maid of honor at her sister’s wedding.
