The fight between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson may have ended on a high note for some people, but not without some controversy in other circles.

Following the streaming of the banter sometime last week, a fan has taken Netflix to court, claiming the streaming came with some issues.

According to the suit, the man named Ronald Denton said he and other Netflix subscribers “were faced with legendary problems, including no access, streaming glitches, and buffering issues.”

For this reason, he is suing for unspecified damages, alleging a “breach of contract” in addition to other violations. Netflix has yet to respond to the suit but acknowledged the stream challenges some users allegedly experienced.

“We don’t want to dismiss the poor experience of some members…and know we have room for improvement, but still consider this event a huge success,” Netflix officials reportedly said.

The live streaming of the fight between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson has been described as one of Netflix’s most ambitious projects ever. Some 60 million users reportedly logged on to the streaming service to watch the event.

Ahead of the fight, some fans expressed concern about Mike Tyson’s age, but both contestants appeared battle-ready, with Tyson calling the bluff of Jake Paul, saying he was “bringing the devil himself [to the ring].”

The celebrated boxer, who eventually lost the fight, stated that there was no time for friendship in the ring once the fight started.

“There are no feelings attached…My own mother should be very careful if she has to get in the ring with me.

“When it’s over, it’s over. But while the process is going on, I intend to hurt him. I hope he has the same intentions, or he is in trouble,” Tyson stated before the fight.

Jake Paul, who is criticized for fighting retired boxers, turned out as the victor.
