The 2025 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival’s full lineup has been released, and as usual, Africa is thrilled to see some of our favorite artists in the lineup.
The likes of Burna Boy have been a regular face on the festival stage, so for the new faces, prepping up for the 2025 Coachella is such a delight.
The list of performances came almost two months earlier than its usual January drop.
And it has some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry, which includes Lady Gaga, Travis Scott, Green Day, and Post Malone, is set to headline the 2025 Coachella festival.
The desert festival returns to the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, across two weekends this spring: April 11-13 and April 18-20.

Other artists on the bill include Missy Elliot, Megan Thee Stallion, Charli XCX, Anitta, Benson Boone, FKA Twigs, Clairo, Zedd, Junior H, Jennie, Glorilla, Lisa, Mustard, Ivan Cornejo, Kraftwerk, Shaboozey, The Go-Gos, and many more.
Also on the lineup, and after canceling her set at the 2024 festival, South Africa’s very own Tyla is scheduled to play on Friday.
Nigeria’s very own Rema and Seun Kuti & Egypt 80, and one name that is set to make history is Ghana’s very own Amaarae.
Amaarae’s performance will mark a significant milestone and further solidify her presence on the international music scene and also become the first Ghanaian to perform at Coachella.
She is scheduled to perform on Sunday, April 13 and 20, as part of a lineup with major acts like Post Malone and Travis Scott.
Both Fridays of Coachella 2025 will feature performances by FKA Twigs, the Prodigy, Three 6 Mafia, Ravyn Lenae, Eyedress, HiTech, and more, in addition to Gaga’s headlining sets.
The Saturdays include concerts from Charli XCX, Japanese Breakfast, Beth Gibbons, the Misfits, Viagra Boys, Jimmy Eat World, and others, leading up to a career-spanning show from Green Day.
However, each Sunday will culminate with a performance by Post Malone, with earlier sets from Megan Thee Stallion, Kraftwerk, Beabadoobee, Amaarae, Arca, and many more.
Coachella lineup rumors began circulating when Post Malone indicated he would perform in Indio, California, on the two Sundays of Coachella 2025.
