The 30th anniversary of the MTV EMAs was held at the city’s Co-Op Live Arena on Sunday November 10 and was broadcast on MTV UK, Channel 5, and Pluto TV and can be streamed on Paramount+ from Tuesday November 12.
The 2024 MTV EMAs ceremony was hosted by Rita Ora for a record-breaking third time, and an array of famous faces walked the red carpet as guests of the esteemed show.
It also featured live performances from Benson Boone, RAYE, Shawn Mendes, Teddy Swims, The Warning, LE SSERAFIM, Peso Pluma, Tyla, Busta Rhymes, and Pet Shop Boys.
The nominees were announced in October, and Taylor Swift led the pack for the second year running, with seven nods overall.
Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar, Lisa, and Ayra Starr were next in line with four nominations apiece.
