Gucci Mane is facing serious allegations from his former girlfriend, Mac Bre-Z, who has accused the rapper of domestic violence and theft.
In a recent Instagram post, Mac Bre-Z shared her accusations, including claims that Gucci had failed to compensate her for her songwriting contributions.
Alongside a throwback photo of the two, Mac Bre-Z expressed frustration over not being properly credited for her work on Gucci Mane’s albums and mixtapes.
She highlighted her struggle to be recognized and paid for her efforts, stating that despite her contributions, she had not been adequately compensated while others profited from the records.
Mac also recounted an incident from their past relationship, alleging that Gucci punched her in the face during a live performance in 2005. The violent altercation, which was caught on camera, had caused significant controversy at the time. In the video, Gucci can be seen arguing with Mac before forcibly removing her from the stage and striking her. Mac Bre-Z later described the incident as a one-time occurrence but has since expressed its emotional impact on her.
In her Instagram post, Mac Bre-Z indicated that she had chosen not to expose Gucci’s personal life or engage in media attacks during their six-year relationship. She noted that despite the abuse, she never called the police or sought to damage his reputation. However, with time, she feels it is necessary to stand up for herself and pursue legal action to seek justice for her grievances.
“Enough is enough,” she wrote, hinting that she plans to take legal steps to claim what she believes she is entitled to.
To date, Gucci Mane has not issued a public response to his former girlfriend’s allegations. Since 2017, Gucci has been married to Keyshia Ka’Oir, with whom he shares two children.
