Embattled Sean “Diddy” Combs’ is impressed by his children’s solidarity for him, despite his legal battle and predicaments.

On November 4 which was his birthday, the children posted a video to their Instagram pages showing the phone conversation they had with their father, who is still in prison custody.

The video showed the older kids helping their baby sister sing a birthday song to their dad to which Diddy replied:

I love you all, I love you all so much…I can’t wait to see ya’ll…I just want to say I’m proud of ya’ll, especially the girls— I mean, all of ya’ll,” he said.

“Thank you all for being strong, thank you all for being by my side, supporting me, I love ya’ll. I get the best family in the world. My birthday, I’m happy. Thank you all for giving me this call. Thank you very much. I love you all,” he added.

The interaction comes weeks after Combs’ children Quincy Brown, 33, Justin Combs, 30, Christian Combs, 26, Chance Combs, 18, and D’Lila and Jessie Combs, 17, issued a joint statement, speaking publicly for the first time about their dad’s legal battles.

“The past month has devastated our family…Many have judged both him and us based on accusations, conspiracy theories, and false narratives that have spiraled into absurdity on social media.

“We stand united, supporting you every step of the way. We hold onto the truth, knowing it will prevail, and nothing will break the strength of our family,” they stated.

Before this, Diddy’s mother, Ms Janice Small Combs, had also expressed doubt about his son’s culpability, in a similar statement issued in October.

“It is heartbreaking to see my son judged not for the truth but for a narrative created out of lies…To bear witness to what seems to be like a public lynching of my son before he has had the opportunity to prove his innocence is a pain too unbearable to put into words.

“Like every human being, my son deserves to have his day in court, to finally share his side, and to prove his innocence,” Ms Combs was quoted in the statement after some 100 new allegations had been filed against her son.

According to the singer’s mother, many of the allegations were coming from people “seeking financial gain” and not “justice.”
