Brooklyn rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine is set to cash in big after signing a lucrative deal with Kartel Music Group.

According to reports, the controversial artist will earn $1 million for producing a 10-song album featuring Mexican artists, plus $250,000 per show for an extensive tour across Mexico, South America, and the United States. With these performances lined up, the total payout from this venture is expected to reach around $6 million.

The contract, published on Tuesday, October 8, includes some strict conditions. Notably, 6ix9ine must avoid any legal issues throughout the agreement, avoid stirring up online controversies, and maintain a clean record, avoiding any arrests.

The rapper, wanted in the Dominican Republic, does not seem concerned, stating that he has no doubts about his ability to remain trouble-free. He also clarified that this arrangement is less of a traditional record deal and more focused on an ‘exclusive tour’ and management collaboration.

Kartel Music Group expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, hinting that both sides would benefit greatly from the deal. They said they were eager to make some noise in the industry and viewed 6ix9ine as a bold move in that direction.

This new agreement comes at a tumultuous time for 6ix9ine, who is currently facing serious legal issues from his ex-girlfriend, Yailin La Más Viral. She recently filed a lawsuit accusing him of multiple forms of abuse, including physical, sexual, mental, and financial misconduct.

In her allegations, Yailin also claims that 6ix9ine retaliated against her with revenge porn, posting explicit videos and photos of her online following their breakup.

The lawsuit alleges that 6ix9ine controlled various aspects of Yailin’s life, including forcing her into plastic surgery and keeping her in a drugged state during their relationship. While the explicit content has since been removed from social media, Yailin is reportedly seeking over $1 million in damages for emotional distress and aims to prevent further posts related to her from the rapper.
