After 8 years of marriage, Beyonce’s mom, Tina Knowles, and ex-husband Richard Lawson’s relationship has officially come to an end, according to court documents obtained by In Touch.

Miss Tina submitted the agreement, which covers all outstanding issues between the former couple.

In Touch Weekly published an exclusive report on Thursday asserting that they obtained court documents of the couple’s divorce settlement.

Tina and Richard reportedly agreed that an “irreconcilable difference is the basis of the breakdown” of their marriage.

This “irreconcilable difference” reportedly left it “impossible for the parties to live together as husband and wife.”

Moreover, the settlement allegedly stated that Tina Knowles was awarded, or retained, a 2018 Tesla, a 2020 Bentley, a Penguin Random House book deal, a “1 percent interest in Kirby Beauty Management LLC,” furniture, artwork, and creative works generated by her during their marriage.

Meanwhile, Lawson was reportedly awarded a 2021 Cadillac Escalade, “several bank and retirement accounts,” payments owed to Richard Lawson Studios, and the creative works he generated during their union.

Details of an additional settlement agreement

The news outlet also added that Knowles has agreed to pay off any credit cards in her name. Additionally, Knowles is expected to satisfy “all outstanding balances on any and all household expenses.”

Also, Lawson will reportedly cover his credit card debt and debt related to his 2021 Cadillac Escalade. In addition to that, he is said to receive a one-time payment of $300,000 from his ex-wife.

Miss Tina agreed to pay her ex a huge, one-time lump sum after filing for divorce on July 26, 2023.

The reports accordingly went on to state that the former couple did not want either to receive spousal support.

Lastly, the settlement reportedly noted a non-disparagement clause agreed upon by Tina and Richard.

The clause asserted that neither can speak “negatively about the other or the other’s children and their spouses,” including their “grandchildren.”

Their love story started when Tina Knowles and Richard Lawson tied the knot in April 2015.

As usual, after In Touch Weekly broke the news, serval platforms carried it on and when @My Mixtapez posted the story, there were some divided opinions.
