The singer-songwriter made a post on the social media app X and included a picture together with her dad.
“Spending our first Father’s Day together ever a real blessing! The little girl in me is so happyyyyyy healing.”
The heartwarming message sparked an unexpected development when a woman called Zhanae stated that Victoria Monét’s father is also her biological father and that she is Monet’s half-sister.
Zhanae also took to the social media app and wrote:

After roughly two hours, Zhanae took to TikTok to share new information.
Victoria Monét has yet to officially comment on the 23-year-old’s allegations.
Zhanae’s submissions clearly caused havoc in the comments section of both tweets, with many supporting the alleged half-sister narrative and others condemning the singer for it.
Zhanae defended her right to tell her side of the story and to seek this reconnection.
She went on, “My story deserves to be heard too. How dare you spend time with your other kids on Father’s Day like you are bettering your life and you have other kids out here?”
Zhanae claimed to have reached out when she was younger. “But he was not interested, so you think I should reach out again??? CRAZY”
