50 Cent has once again aimed at actor Lil Meech and had some insults to spare for his old rivals Rick Ross, and Floyd Mayweather, who caught stray bullets from the Candy Shop crooner.

The G-Unit mogul took to Instagram on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, to post photos of Lil Meech who appeared to be asleep in a wheelchair.

The setting of the photo appeared to be the inside of a medical facility. The post had the song Rehab, playing in the background adding to the mockery of his message.

The veteran rapper continued his taunts in the caption, sarcastically pointing out that the situation was now undeniable. He seemed to imply that his past claims about the BMF actor were finally being proven true.

Following that post, he turned his attention to Rick Ross and Mayweather, criticising them for previously associating with Meech but allegedly abandoning him in his time of need. He suggested that they had used him for their own benefit and were now nowhere to be found.

The origins of the images remain unclear, but 50 Cent had recently claimed that he personally intervened in Meech’s life by sending him to rehab.

According to the rapper, this decision came after noticing troubling behavior during the filming of BMF. He previously recounted an incident where a fellow actor noticed Meech acting erratically on set, leading to further concerns about his well-being.

The public dispute between the two began earlier this year when 50 Cent accused Meech’s father, Big Meech, of cooperating with the government.

That allegation quickly escalated into a back-and-forth between the rapper and the younger Meech, who portrays his father in BMF, a show executive-produced by 50 Cent.

With the fourth season of the hit series set to premiere on June 6, 2025, questions remain about how this ongoing conflict might affect the production. At one point, 50 Cent even suggested that Meech could be removed from the cast despite his lead role in the show.
