This year’s Billboard Music Awards marked huge milestones for stars like Taylor Swift, who made history with the most career wins at 49 total, and Tyla, who made her BBMA debut this year.
Tyla didn’t just make a debut but performed two of her songs, “Push 2 Start” and “Shake Ah,” during the show and also won two awards at the night for Top Afrobeats Artist and Top Afrobeats Song.
The metrics are in, and the 31st Billboard Music Awards, which was hosted by Michelle Buteau, featured awards celebrating artistes around the world and honored the year’s most listened-to artists, albums, songs, producers, and songwriters.
